Kanaka Ale  --  A French/Belgian Saison.  It has tons of fruit and bubble gum notes up front and finishes clean with just a bit of spice.

Kanaka Ale is named after Kanaka Village located just south and west of Fort Vancouver.  Established in the early 19th century, Kanaka Village was the first and largest multiethnic community in the Western US.  Kanaka Village was named for the Hawaiian word Kanaka, meaning "people".  One could say that Kanaka Village was the original Couve!
